Make every host your best host.
On the House is review intelligence and silent recognition for independent restaurant groups with more than one location. It reads the group’s reviews, briefs the host before service, and proposes a specific kindness for a specific guest. Nothing reaches a guest until a named person says yes.
Three parts, one rule.
Reviews, read together
A group’s reviews sit in one place instead of scattered across sites. Each is credited to the staff member it names, grouped into themes worth passing to the kitchen, and flagged when it looks gamed.
A page before service
Guest profiles are built from reservations and checks, and the host gets a one-page briefing before the doors open. For a specific guest, the software proposes a specific kindness, unannounced, and a manager approves it in one tap. No discounts. No points.
The visit behind a bad review
A bad review is matched to the visit that caused it, and an apology is drafted. A person reads the draft and decides whether it goes. The software does not send it.
Nothing reaches a guest without a person saying yes.
- Software proposesA kindness for a guest and an apology for a reviewer both start as drafts. Until someone acts on one, it stays a draft.
- A named person approvesEach proposal is approved or declined by a named person, and the decision carries their name. The rule is enforced where the data is kept, not only on the screen.
- The record only growsWho approved what is written to a record that can only be added to, and the owner can read all of it.
- Guests hear from peopleThe software never sends anything to a guest on its own. Reviews, reservation and point-of-sale data arrive as exports from the restaurant’s own systems, and no channel to guests is connected.
