Who approves, what is written down, and what can never happen.
Every change to your ad account waits for a named person, and every approval is written to a record you can read. The record cannot be edited, and the circuit breaker can only pause spend.
A named person, every time.
Every change to your ad account is paused until a named person approves it. That person is one of our two principals, Jack Tusa or Luke Lehmann, or one of your own people. Until someone approves it, the change does not reach the account.
Written once, never edited.
- Added to onlyEvery approval is written to the record. The record can only be added to.
- No editsThe database refuses to edit or delete what is written, for every role, ours included. The one exception is when you leave: you can take a copy, and the record is deleted with the rest of your data within 30 days.
- Yours to readYou can read the record. Who approved what is there for you to check.
It can only pause.
- The written capYou set the budget cap in writing and authorize the circuit breaker in advance.
- When it tripsIt pauses spend. Pausing is the only thing it can do.
- What it cannot doIt cannot raise a budget, launch anything, or move money.
Your accounts stay yours.
We work inside your accounts with access you grant and can revoke. We keep the records our work produces: audits, reports, and the log of approved changes. You can ask for a copy of everything we hold for you at any time, and when you leave it is deleted within 30 days.
We do not sell data, move it between clients, or feed it into model training. Our software sends account data to the AI models it calls only to do your work. The details are in the privacy policy.

Flat fees, published.
Nothing is due when you sign. We never charge a percentage of ad spend, a markup on media, or a fee tied to a lead, a call, a booking, or a sale. You pay Meta directly from your own account, and ad dollars never appear on an invoice from us.
The bands and the setup fees are on the fee schedule.
