Meta ads, run under one rule.

We run your ads to bring in customers, for a flat monthly fee. Nothing reaches your ad account until a named person approves it, and every approval stays in a record you can read.

The software

See exactly what happens to your account.

Three screens from the software, shown with demonstration data. A change waits for a name, the decision goes on your record, and the results show in your numbers.

Every change waits for a name.

A budget change, an ad paused or revived, a new campaign, a fresh piece of creative: each one is drafted with its reason attached and held until one of our principals or one of your people signs off on it by name.

Our software watches the account and drafts the paperwork. The calls are made by people.

The approvals console with demonstration data. A proposed change raises a fictional bookshop’s daily budget from $42 to $49, with the reason it was proposed, a note on file, and Approve and Decline buttons.
The approval screen. A proposed change waits here, with its reason, until a named person approves or declines it. Shown with demonstration data; the business is fictional.

Every decision, on a record you can read.

Each decision is written once, with a name on it. Nothing in the record can be edited afterward, by you or by us. When you leave, you can take a copy, and it is deleted with the rest of your data within 30 days.

If you ever ask who changed what, and why, and when, the answer is already there.

Demonstration data: a table headed Every change we made, listing three changes to a fictional bookshop’s ad account with the date, the change, the detail, and who approved each one.
Your record. Every change we made to your account, what it was, and who approved it. Shown with demonstration data; the business is fictional.

Your numbers, without a login.

The latest report’s figures open from a private link: what you spent, the results it produced, and what each result cost. Where a figure is compared with the period before, the change sits beside it.

Demonstration data: the numbers page for a fictional bookshop, marked demo, showing a week’s spend of $1,184.27, 41 purchases, purchase value of $2,906.35, a 2.45 times return on ad spend, and a cost per purchase of $28.88.

What you can count on

Four parts behind every account we run.

The approval gate, the record and the breaker work from the first day. Your numbers arrive with the first report.

  • The approval gateA proposed change is held, with its reason, until a named person approves it.
  • The recordEvery decision is written once, with a name on it, and is never edited.
  • The breakerBehind your written budget cap sits a circuit breaker you authorize in advance. It can only pause spend. It can’t raise a budget, launch anything, or move money.
  • The numbers linkYour latest figures on one page, opened from a private link, no login required.

What the record refuses, and what the breaker cannot do, are set out on the trust page.

How it works

A free audit, then a priced engagement.

Every number is on paper before you owe anything.

  1. 1

    The audit — free

Email us and grant read access. We write up what your spend is actually doing and what we would test first. The write-up is yours to keep either way.

  2. 2

    The proposal — on paper

What we would run, what needs setting up, and what it costs: the band your account sits in, why, and the one-time setup.

  3. 3

    The engagement — by name

We run the account. A named person approves every change, every approval goes on the record you can read, and your budget cap and its breaker are in force from the first day.

If the audit says your ads are fine, we’ll say so, and that’s the end of it. The write-up is yours to keep, even if you use it to run things without us.

Fees

One flat number, never a percentage.

Set by the ad budget you approve. The fee stays the same anywhere in your band.

$3,000 a month
Your monthly fee $1,250 a month

The same fee anywhere from $2,500 to $5,999 a month. Never a percentage.

Plus a one-time setup of $500, $1,500 or $2,500, depending on the work. Nothing is due when you sign.

Monthly ad budget you approveMonthly fee
$1,000 to $2,499$900
$2,500 to $5,999$1,250
$6,000 to $14,999$1,750
$15,000 to $24,999$2,500
$25,000 to $49,999$4,000
$50,000 and aboveQuoted flat

Your band only changes when you approve a budget that moves it, and the change takes effect the following month, up or down. Under about $1,000 a month in ad spend we’ll usually tell you to keep it in-house. Nothing is due when you sign.

Read the full fee schedule, including the one-time setup and the three things we never charge.

Questions

What people ask before they write.

Cost, control, and what happens to your data.

Is software changing my account on its own?

No. Our software watches the account and drafts proposals; a named person approves each one before it reaches your account, and that approval is kept on a record you can read. The one exception is the circuit breaker you authorize in advance, and all it can do is pause spend. Nothing ships without a name attached.

What does it cost?

The audit is free, and the write-up is yours whether or not we go further. If we do, the monthly fee is a flat number set by the ad budget you approve, never a percentage of it, from $900 a month at the smallest band. The bands, the one-time setup, and the three things we never charge are published in full on the fee schedule, and the proposal repeats them for your account before you owe anything.

We already have an agency.

Keep them. The audit doesn’t ask you to fire anyone — run it, read it, and decide with numbers instead of a pitch.

What industries do you take?

We take work where the outcome can be measured and a named person can stand behind every change. Much of Jack’s work has been in automotive.

Who actually does the work?

The two principals, with a named principal on every account. Software monitors and drafts; the principal decides what ships.

What happens to our data?

Your ad accounts stay yours — we work inside them with access you grant and can revoke whenever you want. We keep the records our work produces (audits, reports, the log of approved changes) so you have a history, and we hold the access you grant until you revoke it. We don’t sell data, move it between clients, or feed it into model training; our software sends account data to the AI models it calls only to do your work. Details are in the privacy policy and on the trust page.

Request the audit.

Tell us what you sell, where you’re spending, and roughly how much. We’ll reply with what we’d need to see and how fast the write-up comes back. No deck and no sales call required — email is enough.

Already have an agency? Keep them. Run the audit anyway.
